1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mallu Finance website ("Platform") and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

Mallu Finance operates strictly as a financial loan aggregator. We are not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or a direct lender.

• We do not directly provide loans or make credit decisions.
• We facilitate the connection between users and our RBI-registered lending partners.
• All loan approvals, interest rates, processing fees, and disbursement timelines are at the sole discretion of the respective lending partner.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

To use our services and apply for a loan through Mallu Finance, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be an Indian citizen and resident.
• You must be between 18 and 65 years of age.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and application processes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including Google Sign-In access) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mallu Finance. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Mallu Finance shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by your use of such external services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Mallu Finance brand, logo, website design, text, graphics, and all structural software and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Mallu Finance (registered as JJ associates). You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, or create derivative works based on any of our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mallu Finance, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Mallu Finance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
